I've seent that video to petty much every contact I have from Exec's at banks to my blue collar buddies.Everyone agree's Fred has the answers!

The blue didn't go to the ground screw, it was part of the light switch.

Blue collar workers want the basic amenities (central air, dishwaher, etc.) plus lower than market rents so if you buy at the right price you can cherry pick those tenants and still cash flow.If you want to avoid tenants succesfully negiating away your profits you must have something they want that is in short supply.

As Josh said, anyone with common sense knew that the average blue collar worker can't afford to live in a $500,000 house!

Like most of us, I'm interested in solid blue-collar middle class tenants, but i'd also like to have some yuppie hipsters and section 8 folks as well (not so into ghettos, tho).Kansas City also looks interesting to me.
