Normalize accessible design so it's functional and welcoming for all.

Maybe they book it just to remove themselves from their normal day to day.

Also if you go to court and the judge has to learn your contract, that is not a good thing normally. 

I would pay off everything else first; credit cards, car loan, personal loan, college loans. 

I normally have a 30 to 45 day grace period on my option contract, to locate my end buyer to assign my contract to.

Not looking to do anything crazy, just buy a normal deal with no significant value add and in a decent area.

I live in and invest in the Indianapolis Indiana and surrounding area and exploring the option of converting some 2 car detached garages into ADU's and just looking for feedback if people have done this is the past and it's  worth it.   

Columbus has some strong dynamics…cheap prices, 3 F500 companies, military, hospital, kayaking enthusiasts, Kia car plant.It has as many bad parts as good, so do your research, but I do believe if it is just about the investment, there’s some money to be made there
