Both tenants are elderly and have fixed income so we allow them to pay bi-monthly which helps them be able to pay for other necessities during the month.

Once you started seeing dual income, it became normal to spend more and some things have just gotten the label of necessity when they aren't.

In places like Denver, CO or Nashville, TN where the market seems to be all upper end this is probably a necessity. 

People will book out of necessity.

I can see a case for office investing if you get a deal that's just too good to pass up, but overall I do not see offices as a general necessity. 

My thinking is that the looming stagflation is going to  price more and more out of the site built market so that the middle class home buyer of the future may have to resort to manufactured by necessity rather than by choice. 

This along with no extra-curricular activities made a home purchase in the states a necessity. 

They can advise about the necessity of the LLC, it may not be necessary....
