It's easy to mess that up by not digging deep enough, putting in proper rock and possibly tying to a drain tile (easier said than done), oh and sealing the new hole in foundation properly.

Have done it before and they tore everything up - repeatedly dug holes, chewed sprinkler heads clean off, chewed all the wires in the sprinkler valves, chewed the bottom of a door off (still baffled by that one), chewed fence boards off (multiple times), etc.

I'm sure there are holes in some of them, but the goal is not to have a bulletproof means but just a means that is effective in easing the prospective tenants concern.Show tax assessors website showing who the owner of the property is and then provide ID.

I would hope to eventually have long term dependable tenants so I don't need the company as much but I am basically looking for someone to poke holes in my plans and see if there are any flaws.
