I'm 45 and married to a great 4th-grade teacher in Gila Bend, Arizona.I'm not afraid of recreating my future and I have my goals and milestones in place. 

You will end up with a series of milestones.Write down in a timeline fashion what it takes to reach these milestones and suddenly you have a set of tasks you need to tackle.Do those and before you know it you are crushing it.

I think aiming for this is a good milestone if you plan to fully retire.

I started this year with a straightforward goal to acquire my third investment property and broke up my yearly goal into quarters as a milestone to keep myself accountable and focused.

Everyone has incentive to finish and obviously you have contracts in place and milestones that need to be made on time but it worked out for these guys using this model. 

Well for starters congrats on that milestone!

That's a great milestone.  

Step two is to take that total and break it up into a series of achievable Milestones.Step three is to lay out a plan, with numbers ($$$), that will produce a profile for the property that you will use over and over, to achieve these Milestones, one by one.Step Four, is to execute the plan, by going through each property to the next whereby the exit strategy for one property becomes a specific entrance strategy for the next.
