This morning I tried to get through the phone menu at Zest any way possible - found only voicemails or disconnected numbers with no voicemail (including the emergency repair line).

There are also traditional construction companies that have a menu of houses they offer, with pricing that is very transparent.I think you will run into fewer problems if you find a company that continually builds one particular design, and just hire them to do what they do. 

In my case type @O and a menu should popup which shows my name, click on it and now I will be tagged.
