I will feel bad for them but will be waiting to purchase the properties as they come available.Hi John,What you and Jay said is music to my ears. It's about the quality and not the quantity.I'd rather have less units that cashflow more, then more units/properties that cashflow less. It's also something that I've been advising my investors on for years now.Everyone is always looking for an "easy way".An "easy way" just doesn't exist IMO (Trust me on that one as I've been grinding for 8 years now to get to where I am today lol)70% of all inquiries that come through our door are folks wanting to finance. Most of them don't know much about investing so my question is "why finance".The answer is "because I can buy more".I always tell them that "Less is more" lol.Anyways, my 0.02 Aussie cents is to learn real estate, investing and number crunching before looking to finance deals.Start slow, small and with cash only.Just my opinion. Thanks
