Thanks Russ I am sure yours is like my wife worth every penny so you can concentrate on doing deals not organizing your files :)  I can also see in markets that the median sale prices are not like yours and or ours the cost could be prohibitive if your selling 200k homes and then doing commish splits etc.. there is a huge difference in making a 30 or 40k commish and paying 400.00 and making 6 k your broker split then paying the 400.00.. 

That comes later when it is organic.

After that, they have integrated into sending postcards and other media to the target audience.  

Plus, follow their inner circle peer organizations to ensure they aren't practing any illegal self-monetizing [thefts] of client monies.

Not necessarily to organize the building of the home yourself ?

I have put some out fillers on social media but have not received any serious leads.

Currently I am on MIBOR's Economic Community Development Council where we get to learn and help fund non-profit organizations that are improving our communities.

Grant Cardone took a lot of heat from a lot of media and folks.

What we did have in the way of real estate “education” was (1) the book “HOW I TURNED $1,000 INTO ONE MILLION IN REAL ESTATE IN MY SPARE TIME” by Bill Nickerson, (2) education provided by organizations to qualify for real estate brokerage licensing and (3) courses in real estate offered by collegesI found that because of the type of education provided we were much more knowledgeable about real estate FUNDAMENTALS, FINANCING, AND LAW than investors are these days.
