Wondering what the other management and landlords are planning on implementing for procedures regarding non payment of rent during the no eviction period.I was thinking of asking tenants confirm that they have in fact been terminated, to present proof of termination and contact info of previous company.

Two more that are working in daycares and weren't sure what was going to happen today-- the governor today announced that daycares would be permitted to operate on a limited basis with a special pandemic license and procedures.

as I understand it, all of the JP courts (assuming Harris county here) are not making a judgement on or serving any notices for evictions, so even if you tried, there would be no procedural movement forward anyways... at least until they resume that function.
