Using a buying agent for large purchases isnt normal practice since the listing firms are seeking dual agency and wont co-op commissions.  

They usually communicate via Facebook groups but my local hospital was also outsourcing to an temp hoIsIng agency that was overcharging them for dumps.

@Alex Cervantes it sounds like she might have an agency listing agreement instead of the more typical exclusive right to sell.

So I found this deal where the price was $110K obo & I contacted an agency that said that they would coach me, fund the entire project, and then split the profits.

Also if 300 a month , 10% is not something you can stomach then you should lean towards self management.2) If you are getting bad tenants you may want to consider talking to the various agencies in the area like catholic charities etc.
