I believe it's one of the best places to invest due to many reasons. 

They shall go to Inspira and remain there (especially with the transfer of the pricing structure) unless Inspira gives me reason to move them.

The simple reason is that you cannot even tell debit cards from credit cards without a special software.

Their inspections are reasonable and only happen annually at most, unless someone complains.

Hey @Ricardo Polanco - has the inspector provided any reason for the constant follow ups? 

On the other hand, I feel one of the main advantages of passive investments (via syndication/crowdfunding) is that I can hire a manager who has years more experience than I can ever hope to obtain myself.

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

This was not a complete rehab, we were keeping the main bath, moulding, and original dooors. 

BUT, let’s say for personal reasons you want to “stretch” for faster wealth accumulation.
