We are looking to sell and wondered if it would be better to sell "turn key" with furniture and renters or turnkey with furniture or neither.

A cost-effective setup plan will be key to maximizing cash flow!

As the other post suggests selling and investing the money till I can find a turn key property sounds like the safest bet.

Perseverance is one of the keys.  

The key is to find a great person to be your boots on the ground to take your appointments.

The key is to not trust those sites as gospel.

Often, the key to transitioning successfully is starting small, perhaps with a mixed-use property or something that doesn't require a steep initial learning curve. 

The key IMO is to have great, hard-to-find houses.
