Hello,I bought a property last year subject to existing financing.Later I sold this property on owner financing to another buyer.I was making regular payments to the existing loan since i sold the property.Last month I was unable to make the payment to the lender and on further inquiry I found out that the original seller filed a bankruptcy under Chapter 7.What should be the ideal thing to do now ?

I am worried about looking for preapproval and getting the hard inquiries that come with the search - which brings me here!

And no question any time you say "no" to any inquiry you risk missing one of those. 

Unfortunately every new inquiry about wholesaling brings out the agents and trolls that will tell you it is all a crock, a sham and a crime.

I posted from Saturday (today is Tuesday) and I have received one to two inquiries every day. 2 people have toured the property but no one submitted application yet. 

An overwhelming amount of inquiries flooded through my inbox in the passed week.

I used to get 50 inquiries on one rental.

I looked at the Furnished Finders stats and saw that the number of inquiries is pretty high, so it seems there's demand.

It’s Sunday today so I’m going to call several others tomorrow for quotes and also put out an inquiry on Angi’s list which is how they got to take a look first.
