My main interests are for low cost insulators for non-residential applications, but if I can integrate micro rebar or other enhancements and achieve a code compliant (by PSI compression test) formula, then it's a matter of finding a PE to sign off on a floor, foundation or wall application.

One unit is currently vacant which I toured today and the windows looked to be in rough shape but the thing I am most concerned about is in the bedroom there was mold in one corner growing on the drywall that started about 2 inches up the wall and ended about 6 inches up the wall.

That's what most of them say.....Fun fact about myself:I am 1 inch shorter than when my youngest daughter was conceived and then born....motorcycles are FUN and apparently dangerous, but I can't wait until I can send my two girls off to college and buy another bigger one....2 wheels are life!

After I bought the property, I removed (without filing for a permit) 2 large pine trees that were growing extremely close to the property (like: trunks being 6 inches from touching the house - dropping huge quantities of needles and branches on the roof and doing who knows what damage to the foundation).
