Once that's realized you'll see these assets come down and when that gets realized by May or June, Fed will be forced to pivot harsher that following month.Curious how wrong I am, I'll look back at these in 6 months.

For example, if you have a contract with DOW Chemical, one would novate the old contract so that its with DOW (I think its what they changed their name --- but you get the idea).But, if they want to assign a different entity, than thats not typically what I know of as a novation clause.

My name is Alex Boyd and I am a full-time chemical engineering student based out of Kalamazoo, MI.

I majored in chemical engineering when I was in college and considered going to medical school to become a surgeon, but after extensive research, I decided against it because of the time commitment.I started investing earlier this year with a full-time job (40 hours a week MAX) and cannot imagine being able to obtain enough education or have enough energy to invest while working 100 hour weeks during residency.That being said, I can think of a few scenarios:1) If you want to invest solo, I would try to get a few hours of education each week (BiggerPockets, books, REIA meetings, etc.) and then when you are a physician full-time (hopefully with more manageable hours), I would slowly start picking up a property here or there so when you retire, you have a solid portfolio2) If you want to be hands off, I would find a partner who has the knowledge, drive, and TIME to invest but may not necessarily have a lot of capital.

Chemical Bank is working great for me so far.

With Fannie/Freddie, every lender has to follow their guidelines (and can impose harsher restrictions if they want, but not looser). 

Military facilities are notorious for being contaminated with various chemicals. 

I would think doing meth in a house is significantly different from the chemical process of making meth.

This is a penetrating chemical that not only kills surface mold but penetrates.
