The buyers had an inspection done and are claiming roof needs to be replaced because of hail damage.The buyers then had a roofing company come out and inspect the roof, the roofing company findings supported the conclusion that hail damage had degraded the roof.There have been no hail storms in the two years I have owned it.When I purchased the property the previous owner declared that a new roof had been installed in 2019.

It is more like a Hail Mary that will cost you $25k in legal and depo fees to find out if it is possible.

Got lucky on this one, as many a judge would side with the tenant based on some of the items here depending on where you hail from.
