I feel like the grass is always greener in an area outside of where one practices but I would suggest looking into multifamily.

Also, what if we as a species ever have to face an "Interstellar" type situation where we need to re-home the human race to another planet... how much will your property in Oklahoma be worth then?

Of course, if it's a fix/flip and the roof is damaged it's probably not the greatest idea on the planet.

If there was a list of "REAL motivated selllers" every wholesaler on the planet would be so over marketing it that it would be the worst possible list to have.

I rarely recommend competition but Dave is such an honest and straight forward guy with the biggest heart on the planet, I cannot in good faith suggest you contact anyone else.  

It's cool, but it's a long ways off from being a viable product for investments or even my person home beyond just wanting to save the planet, .

I know in our little slice of the world 90% of real estate is bought by locals.. and most that are not are buying to live in them as they are moving to Orygun for greener pastures  Literally.

Immediately you see greener grass, cleaner streets, the Southfield police on patrol, not a lot of foot traffic, etc. 

The city grind and out of control living cost have us looking for greener pastures.

There may or may not be an eviction ongoing from last month; I don't know because they won't freaking talk to me.I've got a new property manager I want to put in place, but no idea how to shove the old ones out the door when they won't answer phone calls or emails and I'm on the other side of the planet.
