Hey @Robert Montenegro, i never repaired anything , it is fully furnished and well maintained and built on 2003.

I’m going to be out of town for 4 months this fall and hope to rent my unit furnished.

I'm assuming the house is furnished being a model home and that the builder is "renting" it for purposes of showing the house to prospective buyers in that development.If the above is correct it's possible the buyers could insure the house as a vacant property.I think an attorney should write up something for both parties to sign showing the builder assumes liability while showing the home.

Cost can be intensive depending on your finish out, will you offer furnished units?

Then do something in real estate that most similarly resembles that.

But be sure not to be too cheap on furnishings, bedding, electronics, etc... obviously be smart, but putting the cheapest stuff, or bare minimum will not get you contracts like a vacation rental would. 

I wish that Cozy would buy them and add that feature so I'd have everything in one solution.College Rentals - we do 9mo academic year furnished rentals (9/15 to 6/15, quarter system), and then do Vacation Rentals in the summer time. 

Rent rolls can be requested, but many, many land lords simply don't keep anything that really resembles an actual rent roll. 

Thinking about switching over to this model, but being out of state have some questions about how check in/out is handled and how you furnished the place.
