BP Community I recently purchased a rental property in the town I grew up in and I am having trouble with the neighbors. 

Those with good sized yards and fencing we are a little more permissible than those without.

Is there space behind the building where a lock bar / pole can be setup so she can lock the bike next to a wall or fence? 

We plan to rent out the basement on a medium-term basis - we are going to install a full kitchen down there, put a lockable door between upstairs and downstairs, fence off a private section of the yard, and there is already laundry down there, so it will essentially be an up-down duplex with a separate walkout basement entrance.

I have maps and basically every address that is legally zoned memorized in the County (except NSB), @Cory Cannon, Daytona is definitely enforcing, many that you see in city of Daytona are condos or just haven't got hit with the fine yet...IMO not worth the risk in city of Daytona at all...unincorporated Volusia maybe but I personally know at least 15 of those that got in trouble too.
