I believe it says I am exempt since it mentions that only "buildings" with 3 or more dwelling units require it, and I only have "buildings" with 2 dwelling units.

That is unless you own an exempt property, which I would almost guarantee they are not exempt.

Everyone in our country will be allowed to invest in private offerings with national exemptions and solicitation starting today.  

In the long run I see the better issuers using their own technology and marketing systems to attract investment dollars using the issuer exemption and the platforms and portals being eliminated from the equation entirely.  

Does using a mortgage loan originator satisfy this exemption?
