I agree we are quite active in the space. 

We also have some mobile home parks that we are selling and we have some luxury short term rentals.

In other words, we are going with something that won't cash flow positive and we're okay with it.There are definitely cabins that will cash flow positive, especially if you get something smaller that is likely under $300K.

Luckily we are working with an empty lot.

We are currently looking to invest in Wisconsin.

Thank goodness we are getting a new mayor.

We are a landlord friendly state and I have assisted many investors from Cali!

Although you can learn notes at your own pace, if you do need to get up-to-speed quickly, as to avoid overpaying on assets or setting up a profitable enterprise, focused programs may get you there faster.

we have a flag lot and constant deliveries every single day.. so far so good.. we are on a culdesac with only 3 houses ( built mine and the one in front) someone would have to follow one of the vans to snag ours as you cannot see them from the street and I have not had anyone pull up into my driveway as you would have to back out.
