I have a great 1031 company I work with that has a lot of education and information if you want me to send it over. 

I've been reading a lot to understand where to start in my investing journey and I felt unsure why I was so uneasy with this deal, thank you for the gut check.to answer your questions:1.

@KJay BratcherMost of the online education and in-class education about the material is mindnumbing and you won't be using 95% of it in your day to day LOL! 

Also, the dirty little secret is they can make MUCH more educating than actually participating in deals....
