I just buy in on my own schedule and try not to get distracted by the market.

I have about 6 or 7 more books I would like to finish about real estate investing before I return home and have 100 different distractions. 

If you don’t cross things off of the list it’s really easy to get distracted.

I got distracted from my main point earlier. 

This is an example of a shiny object of distraction, that is usually made impressive by some type of rationalization, like the naked equity in this case. 

The securities markets are a big distraction from investing.

I do not like having difficult tenants but reality is that dealing with them is a enjoyable distraction for me from the usual responsibilities of being a hands on landlord.

Sometimes I get in meditation, visualizations, and affirmations (I try to follow the miracle morning) other times I get distracted by emails.Then read a few posts on BiggerPockets and try to make a couple of comments.
