Besides the great resources here on BP, for networking I’d also recommend checking out local groups that meet regularly such as RIREIG which meets in Warwick and Black Diamond which meets in Burlington MA (maybe a little far afield for you if you’re coming from Newport, but also a good group worth checking out)

@Lisa Kattenhorn yes, generally in this area of the country the laws are tenant friendly, but from what I understand Rhode Island is generally more balanced/fair than Massachusetts.Re: Worcester, I've only been there a few times over the last few years, mainly for Black Diamond REI group meetings (on April 16th they actually spent the entire night talking about Worcester).I mentally put it in the same camp as Woonsocket RI.
