Since a company can't sign for itself and you need a real person, you MIGHT just nest the crap out of it to become "John Doe, Member, XYZ LLC, Member of ABC LLC."

When I read through reviews for a product I will take a look at the one-stars and they usually are crap.

So I guess my question is, why do you spend thousands on keeping the property nice with landscaping but then let it look like crap in areas that everyone not only sees but has to walk on?

Sell the CA home, do a standard 20-25% down in TX and use the rest of the "profit" from the CA house to invest in other avenues....The only reason to hold the CA house is of you think the market is going to continue to rise and you want to squeeze out every last penny.... you are trying to time the market to be at peak when you want to sell....and that's a crap shoot

just sayin'.To respond to your query--lower-income (C- to D-) areas are a crapy crap-shoot. 

Here are some quick facts - - Unit is cluttered with laundry, empty boxes, random crap, empty soda bottles ect.
