Color on the trim of the house would help a lot. 

I was there last week doing some work and I did notice some dark colored dog hair along with the yellow lab hair on the white tile.

Colored paper, your company logo, etc.? 

Overlap seams, duct tape and run the lip up the wall if there will be any baseboards, but against if not.
