Like more example, has anyone noticed if average church attendance in a given city or number of parks or something else that's usually not factored in correlates with quality of tenants?  

I’ve found a church in central KY listed for $39k that could be turned into a triplex, and Brrrr’d.

There is a huge refinery there that is expanding and starting back up after shutting down in 2012. 

I have units in several cities and the cities that I see shutting it down are the ones with strong hotel markets and the cities that are putting in strict ordinances have a lot of city complaints from neighbors.
