Just posting this in case someone goes through the forums looking for non-recourse or retirement account lenders.

I currently own 2 commercial and 1 residential, a 7 unit / 2 commercial storefront property, a Laundromat facility storefront, Then a 2 unit multi family that i am house hacking.The purpose of the this post is that i want to meet ALL investors( pro or just starting out) in New London County to know each other and learn and talk about real estate, want to create a great network of people in this county.

So , I’d like to address a few posts where the poster has expressed his opinion that I disagree with.  

If posting a recommended bank, can you also please include what their balance minimums and/or monthly fees are? 

I think your question should be posted into a few of the F.I.R.E community groups too.

I've been investing there for a few years now, helped many others to do so and written about in many posts on BiggerPockets.
