If you own other properties and have mortgages on them, some lenders want to see the mortgage histories on those other properties and if there's a private mortgage on them that doesn't report to the credit bureaus, they may ask for cancelled checks.

Something to be aware of...business credit cards don't report to personal credit bureaus, usually (I believe BarclayCard does and maybe one other major one).

I can help you in setting up a loan servicing account on a direct debit system, that will report your buyers timely payments to the credit bureaus and actually making it possible for them to get a refinance at full face assuming they pay well for a while!!!

Nothing for me to do other than a scan a report for unpaid rents.One other benefit for tenants, is that they can elect to have their rent payments reported to the credit bureaus thus helping them build their credit profile.
