It cost me about $500 for school (AARS) and the 19 4-hour sessions that actually thought me plenty.

I usually come to town for testimony at the legislative session, but missed it this year due to too many jury trials.

The smaller mastermind one is better as well it is smaller and more of a question and answer session.

At the beginning of every work session, I set myself a list of objective to achieve in the session, which are tied to my over all business plan plan.

Coaching also doesn't have to be a one-time session, it is most likely better to have ongoing coaching.

There are a handful of local investors who frequent BP, but you can also come out to the local REIA and AORE sessions to meet folks.  

I do have an attorney I work with however I'm currently looking for one who specializes in real estate and want to go into an informational session prepared with the proper questions to ask.
