There is a batch of people that get it right because they make a prediction and then find out they played the right lottery number. 

i agree ive been using the app as well and get a bunch of numbers that are no loner in service. i may have to try out batch and see if it gives better data 

Feel free to DM if you want to run some of your records through our algorithm - doesn't hurt me at all and let's my data guy make some extra money so I'm all for it.If you're looking for a bigger company with direct credit data then I would suggest Sherpa, SkipGenie, or Batch - these are going to run 15-20c/record.

Part of the beauty of building from scratch is you can tailor the property to your target market.We bought a batch of 6 lots, split them with a couple partners and built from there. 

You may want to check out some list building tools, or a tool like Batch for example that you can purchase data from, manage data, and cold call them all under one company's umbrella.I know this is an old post so would be curious what direction you ended up going here

We passed.We sent an additional batch of letters once we came back into the market later in the year and once again had some responses… we saw some interesting properties, although none panned out this time, this approach has worked well in ‘19 again, but I'll cover that in a few months...
