I (obvious) don't have a background in accounting or taxes.The history of my coming to be the sole shareholder of this s-corp is complex, long and, I have no doubt, filled with tax-planning blunders.In case anyone is still interested, and inclined the help, here it is in as abbreviated form as possible:1967:  5 families bought this property as a summer vacation for them to use collectively1980:  1 of the families sold their share (20% of the property and what is effectively a lifelong lease to one of the 5 cottages).

Without the proper compliance awareness and support, it's a ticking bomb.There's a limit to what can be put in a BP post, but if you'll be setting up a QRP/401k that will cover employees you must perform substantial due diligence - and it would be prudent to work with credentialed professionals that have a background in tax/401k compliance.

I have a clean criminal background, and the 3 evictions have all been dismissed.Sadly I heard a realtor(here) make the claim that people who get evicted had to be due to neglect to pay their rent.

It is basically a background database search - nearly all the same databases searched for a full Phase I, without a site walk or evaluation of historic documentation such as air photos, topographic maps, fire insurance maps, or the city directories (Phone Books).
