Hello Forum,  My name is Edward and a year ago I was inspired by Robert Kiyosaki (author and entrepreneur) to begin a journey into real estate investing.  

It has inspired me to get started and make my first move by acquiring a rental property.

My later experience in title inspired me to study real estate title and a bit of serendipity lead me to become Rick The Probate Guy.BTW, it's an Assignment that used to transfer and record change of iwnership of a trust deed note (or mortgage note).

Hey everyone, I've been reading through the forums, listening to the podcasts and I am truly inspired every time I'm on this site.

I didn't have an educated network around me, I wasn't surrounded by others doing deals to inspire me, I had no real mentors and certainly no coaches.

I've set goals around this and looking for inspiration from people that have done it.

Joe Asamoah's two interviews on the BP podcast (#356 and #498) and was quite inspired by what he's doing.

I believe I am leaning toward the STR options, and have been especially inspired by a bunch of the stuff I have been hearing from @Avery Carl and her recent guest appearances on a number of YouTube channels. 

It's been one of the best sources of information and inspiration out there for real estate investing as far as I'm concerned.I've recently started listening again, and it feels like the recent episodes are a lot more focused on how successful Brandon and David are and how they're focusing on building their empires even more.
