There are a lot of real estate investor meetups in Northern New Jersey where you can meet other investors getting started like yourself.

For investors, it offers unique opportunities to maximize the value of properties and meet the growing demand for housing.

They certainly do not meet the 1% rule and they may be slightly negative cash flow.

This is the exact same approach we are taking - information has gone out a few times in our newsletters over the last year and a half, with more details available upon request, along with FYIs to clients at year end or other regular meetings.
