I know I had a lot of questions before / during working with OCF (as with other companies I've dealt with) and Engelo does a good job of explaining the way they do things and how it relates to the city of Toledo.As others have stated, RE in general is somewhat risky (just like any other investment), however, I wouldn't worry about OCF / Engelo regarding where to use your investment dollars....in my experience, they do things the right way.Hey Chris,Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about your Ohio Cashflow experience.We are super humbled to have you on board and are looking forward to serving your vision for many years to come.Speak soon
