Then I have had smaller apt buildings for example one I did 12 units bought at 184k sold 7 months later for 257k;) Brian B has a big business and certainly sounds like the most active guy I see in this forum I bet he could entertain us with some great deals he has done.

If I were the landlord here, I would point out that I am already being very lenient and would absolutely not entertain an after-the-fact-plea.

I wouldn't want someone to have to live hearing barking all day etc. so we have not entertained it.

My take, is trust me with 2 hours of your time, then use your own adult decision making capabilities to decide if I can help take your investing to the next level.
