They appear to be very active in the industry.

I currently own two duplexes here in Columbus, Ohio, and I’m actively looking to expand my portfolio with additional multifamily properties. 

I am definitely interested - not currently an owner but have two offers out this week and actively looking to invest here - specifically Lake Harmony/JFBB area.

(I have successfully won damages in every eviction I've handled so far, btw).Just letting everyone on here know what I suspect to be going on, so you can be on the lookout for this activity from some of your current and future tenants.

I'm also in Chicago (like @Jonathan Klemm :), and am always looking to connect with more female RE investors, especially those who are actively doing, or aspiring to work on, fix & flips.

Both markets have a lot of activity and seem to offer great potential.

On the day I moved in, I found out the property managers had other units in the apartment complex listed on Airbnb because an Airbnb guest tried breaking into the wrong unit (the police were called).

When I was active, the O-4 Good Idea Fairies always tried to re-invent how we did business, and 95% of the time, they overcomplicated a simple process making our lives way harder.

Yet there are now more actively licensed real estate agents than ever before.

I personally find that appearing as a guest on other people's podcasts helped to get my name out there.
