Areas to consider are Raytown, Liberty, parts of Independence, Gladstone, Lee's Summit and Blue Springs. 

Out of the blue, my tenants bought a house and want to break our lease 7 months early.  

I renovated the home to look really cool (blue cabinets etc...) and fetched a rate of $2,500.  

I leased up a software professional from Lake Murray (affluent) to City Heights (blue-collar) area - people are going where the rents are lower and we're seeing more socio-economic diversity in the lower-priced/blue-collar area.

Are the new owners professional, blue collar, do they have a lot of kids?  

Can anybody recommend a good cleaning service around the Blue Island Illinois area.

You can perhaps pay for them separately based on each one's condition but this should be a blue book value, not an income-based value.
