I have many friends that are painters, contractors, ect. so I believe I have a great setup to begin flipping homes.

I am looking for a good drywall and painter in the western burbs of Chicago.  

I am a painter by trade and think that if they don't like they colors I will offer to paint it with colors they like and I approve.

Property is winterized.In addition to missing sheetrock, the ductwork is covered with plastic and cabinets, refrigerator, stove, and any openings are outlined with painters tape.  

I know this from a family member who hired a painter who fell and got hurt.

Please let me know if you have any recommendations for property managers, painters, handymen, or flooring installers in the area.

I don't know if the painters took them off or something)-replaced master shower head, toilet seats, sink, and rebuilt toilet; re-caulked shower (I used my own rainfall type shower head from day one. the other stuff I just don't know if that's my fault or not)-replaced batteries in smoke and CO alarms-replaced furnace filter-replaced back bedroom door knob ( it didn't match the others, and was like that the day I moved in)Is it not normal to give an itemized list of prices for these various charges?

I just take the door and mailbox to my local car painter.  

Painters call my PM and say the furnace is not working.

You don't want painters switching colors for every room, make the entire place one neutral color and call it a day.
