The repairs are high in the 2016 P & L because the owner had stated that he put some home repair supplies in there ($4000 to be exact).

We have a La Crosse REIA meeting tonight at 7pm in 3100 Centennial Hall on the UW-L campus.

Accountants use it and it's easier to provide P&L's and Balance Sheets to the few that don't.
