Low rents attract low-quality renters that will eventually cost you even more money.They are on a month-to-month lease.

FHA can be a great option for financing too, because of the low down payment (3.5%) and potentially more favorable interest rate terms.

The moral of the story here is that vacancy is so low right now, especially in Tampa, that it is very difficult to get flexibility with your lease.

First off you do have to be better than Evolve (low bar) and second you have to believe you are :)
