Have you tried local Facebook groups in your area, they are usually filled with wholesalers.

I would also market the property on local Facebook groups, you may find that there is a specific group for STR owners in the area.

Even facebook might have some good local groups for you.

Getting into Facebook groups is a great way to find tenants who are searching months prior to PCSing.
