We have seen people "block out dates" just to spike demand and prices for their houses - then when you go back and cross reference with other platforms like pricelabs u see that nobody actually paid for many of the perceived black out dates.

Yeah call the insurance company and pay a big deductible to fix a 200$ door and buy a used Craigslist stove .that would be bad for two reasons - a high deductible that is probably more than what it would take to remedy the situation and the fact your insurance rates will spike up .

I know I will get a big spike in property values when that property changes hands...For now, I have a full size fence blocking them off, I have no parking signs (their traffic bled over) and I keep up the reporting (even think about trying city enforcement for codes and things if applicable).
