There are no fees to get in, usually has about 50 + strong, educational, forced networking, and overall a good vibe. 

Go with a base about 2 feet wide or so,  all around, then lift out with your shovel, maybe put on a tarp and slide them where needed..

Just depends on your experience level and the network you have.

I just started investing in syndications last year for the first time because I wanted to give up operational control and I had fully vetted the operators based on my network and own interviews.

This is where you can learn and network with other people who have the same goals as you do - and many are willing to share their experiences with others. 

But again, I say if you can tap into the traveling nurse network that's the $-machine.

We have this approximately 4 in wide “trim” along the perimeter of the room.

My first location I would go with a mix.  30 wide traditional drive up, parking and cargo containers.
