Any areas in Sacramento that worked particularly well (or didn’t)?

I've been hosting MTR's now for 5 years and have worked with most guest avatars and my company helps independent hosts make those B2B connections so I'm fairly well versed in the insurance displacement aspect.

It does make me feel more comfortable as I know the are well as a Real Estate Agent.

Also Minoan has so many companies to choose from which makes it confusing if you don't know the suppliers well.

In NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA the security deposit is regulated, as well as how much you can collect at lease signing.

Southlake probably never was, Frisco if you bought 10+ years ago probably has done well. 

Now I’m looking into the Detroit and Ohio areas (Toledo, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus) since they seem to have growing populations and affordable properties under $200k as well.
