While not a totally unbiased opinion, local property management agencies will usually cough up a ballpark for you if you call and say you're interested in listing with them. 

If they do ask – do what I suggested in another one of your threads on this same topic – refocus them on their deal.As a wholesaler you really need to deal with your issues first though – they are coming through loud and clear to an unbiased witness (me).
