When I say real I mean 1) they are not just regurgitating the MLS (I'm working with an agent) and 2) actually exist beyond an inactive web presence?

Plus the coronavirus is putting us into territory we have never had to go into.

If Vegas were to open up tomorrow and be fully functional, business would return mostly to normal assuming we are excluding the presence of international tourists.

This is unchartered territory--I don't think we're in Kansas anymore. 

This will be a great period of time for aggressive investors and agents to grow their online presence while many others retreat from normal business development activities.For those of you whose incomes have been &/or will be impacted, what are you doing to mitigate the impact of current events on your personal and business finances?
