Just walking in the room there was a 6-8 degree difference in temperature change.

She claims that the temperature never goes over 65F and they are not efficient.

Since the basement is inherently always colder it became a struggle trying to get both suites to compromise on a set temperature.

If you have to remove them, the sheriff won't execute an eviction if the temperature goes below freezing because it's inhumane.

I could feel arctic chilled air coming through the door and window and the heater couldn't heat the apartment (only 750 square feet) to a liveable temperature.

For example, not a good idea to use regular tile on floors (mobile homes "breathe" with temperature and humidity changes), best to use vinyl tiles that have beveled edge and grout with special pre-mixed grout especially made for these tiles or vinyl wood planks that "float" and leave half inch gap at the walls....same with carpet, need to leave half inch gap at walls, otherwise carpet will buckle and need re-stretching.

I'm big into cigars and wanted one with temperature control, but didn't like the looks of the others available. 

They had welded bump outs, reclaimed wood and all kinds of upgrades.  

Water heaters are also designed for lower operating temperatures than a boiler.
