How valuable is the first lender as a resource and network connection for you?

If I gave oil rights to one entity and mineral rights to another, what would happen if both entities discovered their rightful resource in the same place?  

You can also target a SFH that has a casita or has room for one to be built.

What I don’t understand is how to overlay all of that information to pick a good spot and I also don’t understand the appropriate thresholds for each of those indices (income, percentage in the target age group, and how dense).

The fact that they don't have critical thinking skills and limited income/saving, makes them desperate and easy target.

Is there anyone they partner with here to put on US MLS, eBay, FB, all the social media sites, craigslist, land watch, land.com, etc.Who is your target buyer?
