Also of note: the door to the lobby from the mudroom (first image in this post) is a nice 36" steel door with a deadbolt; the door to the lobby from the present kitchen is an ancient 30" solid wood 4-light paned door that will need to be replaced (pictured in OP).I apologize if I keep throwing up all over your ideas, Z.

Here are some details:Current buildings to demo are approximately 2600 sfLot size is 10,700 sfI'm assuming 10 units at 700 sf each to arrive at 7000 sf of new constructionConstruction type will be timber, shingle roof, low-grade fixtures, and dual pane windows, linoleum flooring, inexpensive countertops and cabinetsThere is already a driveway along the property line to access side facing units.
